 (Biography) - Tina made the transition over to Real Estate from the Computer Systems Industry, where she was Vice President in charge of Accounting and Human Resource. She is a Certified Paralegal completing her training through the University of North Carolina @ Wilmington. She has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation, ABR® designation by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council, Inc. or the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has also awarded her as an e-PRO Internet Professional. She is a Member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS^®, The North Carolina Association of REALTORS^® and the National Association of REALTORS^®. Tina has lived in the Wilmington area for over twelve years; she and her family relocated from Lancaster County Pennsylvania. She has been married for 24 years and has two children a daughter Krista, a Senior attending Appalachian State University and Darryl, a Senior at NC State University. Tina has always been heavily involved with the New Hanover Co. School District. Volunteering many hours towards numerous committees. She was a member of the John T. Hoggard High School Band Boosters, serving on the 2003-2004 Executive Board as President, the 2002-2003 Executive Board as Vice President and the 2001-2002 Executive Board as Treasurer.  Tina has also donated her time as a choreographer to the 2001-2002 Hoggard Majorette Squad and the 2005 Marching Band Color Guard. She has also been a member of the John T. Hoggard PTSA and Academic Boosters.
